SERVICE TECHNICIANS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mindful and timely bicycle builds
  • Completing repairs efficiently and correctly
  • Occasional to frequent customer service & sales

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good mechanical & problem solving skills
  • Previous industry experience a plus
  • Suspension servicing a huge plus!

RETAIL ROCKSTARS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer experience management
  • Inventory merchandising, restock, & open/close duties
  • Effective communication with Technicians & Management to solve any customer or store issue

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Great organizational & mechandising skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new bikes & products
  • Basic bike mechanics a plus, but not required
