• For the safety of our customers and staff, our Service Department will be open for drop-off appointments only.
• The appointment you are booking is for a drop-off time and does not reflect the date at which your bike would be worked on.
• Please note that due to the recent influx in service appointments, the date(s) you request might be fully booked. We may need to schedule you on a different day/time and you will receive a follow up email with our earliest available appointment.
• If you are looking to drop off more than one (1) bike for service, please schedule separate appointments for each bike.
• After the completion of service to your bicycle, we ask that the bicycle be picked back up within 48hrs as we have limited space within our shop for quarantined bicycles. Thank you for your understanding!
