We answer your questions! 30 minutes or so of guided discussion/ demonstration, then an open question & answer session. We'll cover things like maintenance, technique, trail etiquette, nutrition, suspension setup, trailside repairs, training... pretty much anything you want! Free for everyone - all you need to bring is a desire to learn a bit about mountain bikes!
