How well your bicycle fits you determines a lot. It can mean the difference between comfort and pain, fast and slow, safe and unsafe.
Proper fit starts with selecting the right size bike frame for you and your riding style. Our bikes are not one-size-fits-all. Each of us has a different body type, and there are many riding styles. And this has to be taken into account when fitting for a bike.
Whether you are buying a new bike, dialing in an old bike, or feeling any pain in your knees, hands, or anywhere else while riding-- a professional fit from JRA will help.
