General Information:

Q: What are your current business hours?

A: We've modified our business hours temporarily for the well-being of our team. Our storefront is open Monday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm and our web-store is open 24/7. We are currently not allowing customers inside of the building, but our staff has knowledge of our entire inventory of products and are more than happy to bring any items outside for customers to look at or purchase.


Q: Do you currently offer repair services?

A: Yes. We are currently booking service appointments from our website for all services that exceed 30min of labor (tune-up, brake bleeds, suspension work, etc). For services that fall under the 30min threshold (flat tire, simple brake adjustment, or resolving a shifting issue) we are booking Same Day Appointments over the phone from 10am - 3:30pm.


Q: Can I return a bike?

A: All Bicycle sales are final. We strongly recommend having the intended owner test ride the bike before purchase. We understand that bicycles are sometimes purchased as surprise gifts for individuals, in which case we would recommend a gift card to ensure that we can find the perfect size for the intended recipient.


Q: Can I test ride a bike?

A: Yes. Any bicycle that we have in stock can be test ridden outside of the shop. Please note that test rides are not demo rides. If you are interested in demoing a bike, please Click Here.

Online Orders:

Q: Is availability accurate on your website?

A: Most of the time. However, due to increased demand, many bikes and products are selling quickly and may be unavailable when an order is processed. Additionally, we carry many boutique brands and products that do not sync with our online sales tool, so there are indeed many additional options available either in person or over the phone! We understand this is frustrating and we are working on solving these issues to better serve you.


Q: How do I find the right bike or accessory?

A: Finding the right items can be hard, but that's why we're here to help! Give us a call or reach out via our LiveChat in the bottom right corner and we'd be more than happy to assist.


Q: Will my bike come assembled?

A: Yes. All bicycles purchased from us is professionally assembled by a trained bicycle mechanic and undergo a comprehensive safety check before it goes home with its new owner.


Q: When will my bicycle be ready for pick up?

A: Due to an increase in volume we are currently experiencing delays in getting your bike orders ready. Non-bike orders are usually ready sooner than expected. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up. Due to the increase in customer inquiries, we currently cannot confirm the status of your order until it is ready. We understand this can be frustrating but please understand we are trying to devote all of our resources to getting your orders completed as quickly as possible. If you have been waiting for a bike or product for more than a week, please feel free to reach out to us by emailing info@jracycles.com. We do our best to provide you with an estimate when you purchase your products but delays may occur. 

We do not require pickup of bicycles on the same day that the order is ready, but we would ask you to pick up within a week of being informed of order completion.


Q: How do I know what size product to purchase?

A: Whenever possible, products on our website have sizing information available. We encourage you to contact us so we can help best determine the right fit for each customer.


Q: What happens if I order the wrong size?

A: We understand that it's hard to determine what size is appropriate without seeing the item in person. If the wrong size is ordered we'll work with you to determine if we have a different size in stock or if something else is available to order.
