ABOUT THE CLASS
We will be running two 5-week trainer session blocks that focus on keeping you fit through the winter and improving fundamental skills like leg strength, speed, and balance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
60-70 min on the bike, with stretching and some core exercises before and after. The first 5-week block will work on aerobic capacity, balance, and development of support musculature. The second block will target harder efforts and improving power. Exercises and class structure are designed to benefit riders of all stripes - whether you are looking to finally clear Black Ops at Harold Parker or break five minutes up the Blue Hill access road.
TWO CHANCES TO RIDE
Classes will run from mid-January to mid-March in two 5-class blocks. Challenge yourself to completing a full block or just drop in for a quick sweat-sesh.
SIGN UP EARLY!
Classes will be held in store and space is limited. A good way to guarantee a spot will be to purchase a class pack, which will allow you to schedule specific dates. We are offering packages for 5 classes (one block) or both blocks (total of 10 classes). Package classes can be used for any class in either block. Classes may also be purchased individually as drop-ins but are subject to availablity. See pricing below.
