ABOUT THE CLASS

This winter periodization program is designed to build a strong foundation on which to succeed as the 2017 cycling season approaches.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each 75-90 minute workout will focus on developing the aerobic and anaerobic systems while incorporating drills to increase muscular strength and pedaling efficiency. This class will benefit cyclists of all disciplines including road, cross, triathelete and mountain bikers; Novice to elite.

SIGN UP EARLY!

There is a 20 person class limit and 10 person preregistration minimum to run.

 

Pedal Power Training Solutions

Lauren LeClaire, has worked with PPTS for the last three years as a training camp coach and winter indoor training class instructor. Lauren also works with individual clients to help them reach their cycling goals. Lauren is an experienced Category 2 road racer and is a licensed coach with USA Cycling.
